SCHOOL'S   HISTORY

        Situated in Ipoh town , the built up area is 13.5 acres. It was established in 1949 with its first wooden block with ten classrooms, and it was known as the Anderson Primary School.

        In 1962, a two-storey concrete block with eight classrooms was built and it was later known as the National Type Primary School (English) Cator Avenue, Ipoh and presently known as Sekolah Kebangsaan Cator Avenue, Ipoh.

        In 1994, the school went through a major expansion and renovation whereby a four storey block was put up. The new block consists of 12 classrooms, a library, a canteen, toilets and storerooms. This block was ready  in May 1995.
